Congenital malformation
Pathogenesis:

Abnormal formation of bronchiole in fetal development.
Epidemiology:

Rare finding in the pediatric population.
General Gross Description:

Delicate thin walled cyst
General Microscopic Description:

Ciliated respiratory type epithelium.
Clinical Correlations:

May cause dyspnea, atelectasis, or hyperinflation with obstruction
