Rare
General Gross Description:

Bluish red mass
Spongy, soft, may be pulsatile in situ
General Microscopic Description:

Mass of blood vessels which may be capillary, arterial, venous or vessels with characteristics of both arteries and veins
Thrombosis and recanalization may be present
Clinical Correlations:

Discovered incidentally or when spontaneously rupture resulting in hemorrhage
Curable with resection or embolization
