Normal Thymus
Normal Thymus

A high power view of a normal thymus, showing a Hassels corpuscle.
Notice the typical concentric arrangement of the epithelium in a Hassels corpuscle, with a dark straining central structure.
All the other cells in this field are small lymphocytes typical of thymic lymphocytes.
