| Colon - low grade dysplasia in IBD
| N = normal glands with small basally placed nuclei and
ample amounts of mucin
Dysplastic cells have cigar shaped hyperchromatic nuclei.
Lack of severe architectural disarray(pseudopalisading) and
continued mucin production distinguish this from high grade
dysplasia.
