Pleomorphic Adenoma • This is a cross section of salivary gland. • The lobulated yellow-tan tissue is normal salivary gland. • The tumor on the right is well circumscribed due to predominantly pushing margins. • Cut surface of the tumor is typically gray-white or tan-white. • Note the lack of hemorrhage or necrosis.
