Multinodular Goiter (FNA Hi Power) • This is an H&E stained needle aspirate of a thyroid follicle. • The yellow arrow points to the acellular center of the follicle containing colloid, which does not stain well. • The blue arrow points to a normal follicular cell nucleus. • This corresponds to a normal sized or enlarged follicle, not a microfollicle.
