•Body-stalk anomaly is a defect of abdominal wall closure as a manifestation of early amnion rupture
•Abdominal viscera protrude into a thin membrane lined sac
•Note the extruded liver(arrow)
•The limbs are usually hypoplastic, a finding not present in this case
