• This image shows a dense lumenal calcification.
• The cells lining the intact duct have a large N:C.
• Many have irregularly shaped nuclei and prominent nucleoli.
• Some cells do contain mucin vacuoles.
• No myoepithelial cells can be recognized.
• No organization of the epithelium so that the nuclei are basal and cytoplasm is lumenal can be found.
