•View of inferior surfaces of transverse sections of the
heart as seen from below, with anterior surfaces on the
right side.
•Note multiple foci in all 3 sections ( 3 arrows) of light
tan or gray discolorations of myocardium indicating
foci of recent infarction. Infarcts can be even more
extensive than this.
