| Metastatic Adenocarcinoma in spinal column
| The specimen is a coronal section of
a portion of the spinal column.
The left four vertebral bodies are
relatively normal, as indicated by
the presence of red marrow.
The three vertebral bodies on the
right show multiple areas of tan white tissue, which represent
deposits of metastatic tumor in
the bone of the spinal column.
