Ductal Carcinoma in situ (High Power)

This image shows a dense lumenal calcification.
The cells lining the intact duct have a large N:C.
Many have irregularly shaped nuclei and prominent nucleoli.
Some cells do contain mucin vacuoles.
No myoepithelial cells can be recognized.
No organization of the epithelium so that the nuclei are basal and cytoplasm is lumenal can be found.
