Lobular Carcinoma of Breast (Low Power) • This is a low power view of breast with complete effacement of the normal architecture. • Instead there is a dense fibrous stroma. • Infiltrating through the stroma are linear arrays of neoplastic cells (blue arrows). • Although the cell type cannot be discerned at this power, the pattern is classic for infiltrating lobular carcinoma.
