• This is a close-up of a large duct completely filled with
neoplastic cells.
• The cells are relatively monotonous with round to oval
nuclei.
• The neoplastic cells are contained within an intact
basement membrane.
• The neoplastic cells show no orientation to a lumen (loss
of polarity).
