| Intraductal Carcinoma (High Power)
| This is a close-up of a large duct completely filled with
neoplastic cells.
The cells are relatively monotonous with round to oval
nuclei.
The neoplastic cells are contained within an intact
basement membrane.
The neoplastic cells show no orientation to a lumen (loss
of polarity).
