| Intraductal Carcinoma (Medium Power)
| The blue arrows point to the basement membrane of a
large duct that is completely filled by intraductal
carcinoma (aka ductal carcinoma in situ).
The cells filling the duct are monotonous and monomorphic.
At higher power they show features of malignancy.
The adjacent stroma contains scattered lymphocytes.
No myoepithelial cells can be seen.
