•Several malignant glands can be identified.
•One gland shows a small lumen (blue arrow) within a larger one--a cribriform pattern.
•Glands are packed very close together (back-to-back).
•Nuclei are pale with prominent central nucleoli.
•Cells do not line up with basal nuclei and central cytoplasm with respect to the lumen of the glands.
