Giant Congenital Intradermal Nevus
Giant Congenital Intradermal Nevus

A giant congenital nevus, also known as a cerebriform nevus.
This type of nevus is not very common, but represents an extensive proliferation of nevus cells in the dermal area.
The overlying skin is thrown into verrucous furls that are highly reminiscent of the brain justifying the name of this lesion.
