Mechanism unknown.,
Epidemiology

Rare finding in the pediatric population.

Delicate thin walled cyst
General Microscopic Description

Ciliated respiratory type epithelium lines cyst.
Clinical Correlation

May cause dyspnea, atelectasis, or hyperinflation with obstruction
