Low Grade Adenocarcinoma of Lung (Hi Pow) • The neoplastic columnar cells are disposed on fibrovascular papillae (green arrows). • The nuclei are elongated and hyperchromatic. • Although on close-up this neoplasm resembles bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, the low power views show the papillary architecture of this neoplasm. • Some neoplasms contain psammoma bodies.
