Nasal Angiofibroma (External View) • This angiofibroma has been bivalved and the external view of both sides is demonstrated. • The neoplasm has a smooth surface which is yellow tan. • The areas of black discoloration represent hemorrhage. • They are likely to be the sources of epistaxis (nosebleed) that was a presenting symptom.
