| The neoplastic glands are crowded with little intervening stroma.
The glands are lined by cells that have chromatin clearing in the nuclei resulting in a "vesicular" appearance.
Some cells have prominent nucleoli.
The N:C ratio is markedly increased.
In several glands the cells do not exhibit orientation toward the lumen.
