Adenocarcinoma of Endometrium (High Power) • The neoplastic glands are crowded with little intervening stroma. • The glands are lined by cells that have chromatin clearing in the nuclei resulting in a "vesicular" appearance. • Some cells have prominent nucleoli. • The N:C ratio is markedly increased. • In several glands the cells do not exhibit orientation toward the lumen.
