Adenocarcinoma in Situ of Endocervix (High Power) • To the left of the arrow are normal endocervical cells. • The nuclei are round to oval and basal with mucin in the cytoplasm. • To the right of the arrow the nuclei show loss of basal position. • The nuclei also show clumping and clearing of chromatin. • The N:C is massively increased.
