• The neoplastic cells have clear or faintly granular cytoplasm.
• The N:C is not high.
• The nuclei show some variation in nuclear chromatin and identifiable nucleoli.
• No necrosis or mitoses are seen.
• The lower right hand corner shows lymphocytes and a single multinucleated giant cell.
