Ectopic (tubal) pregnancy • This is the lumen of a fallopian tube containing an ectopic pregnancy. • The blue arrows point to typical first trimester villi. • The villi have a loose stroma and double layer of trophoblast. • The black arrows point to decidualized stroma, indistinguishable from decidualized endometrium.
