| This is the lumen of a fallopian tube containing an ectopic pregnancy.
The blue arrows point to typical first trimester villi.
The villi have a loose stroma and double layer of trophoblast.
The black arrows point to decidualized stroma, indistinguishable from decidualized endometrium.
