| Epidemiology • Reproductive age group • African American • Multiparous • May be associated with virilism of mother(25%) • Virilized infants in 2/3 of virilized mothers |
| General Gross Description • May be yellow, brown or gray • Solid or with areas of hemorrhage • May be multiple |
| General Microscopic Description • Luteinized large cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm • Nuclei are regular |
| Clinical Correlation • Benign, may recur in subsequent pregnancies. |
