General Gross Description
• No gross findings

General Microscopic Description
• Accumulation of mononuclear cells (maternal CD3+ cells) in intervillous space
• May accompany actual villitis
|
Clinical Correlation
• May recur
• May be associated with decidual vascular thrombosis and euploid early spontaneous losses.
