Pagets Disease (10X) • The epidermis exhibits stratified squamous epithlium. • The keratin layer shows a basket weave pattern. • The epidermis contains cells with clearing in the cytoplasm. • Some cells cluster at the dermal-epidermal junction. • Others are scatted singly and may infiltrate into the epidermis. • The dermis is composed of mature collagen containing blood vessels.
