• This high power view shows two duct like structures both lined by multiple layers of abnormal cells.
• The neoplastic cells have large and irregular nuclei with hyperchromasia.
• In the lower gland there are abnormal cells free in the "lumen".
• Papillations cannot be appreciated in this photograph.
