Malignant Mixed Mullerian Tumor of Uterus (High Power) • This is a view of only the stromal component of a mixed Mullerian tumor. • The neoplastic stroma cells have somewhat indistinct nuclei. • The nuclei exhibit almost a foamy appearance with chromatin clearing. • The stroma contains eosinophilic masses which stain with antibodies to skeletal muscle actin.
