| Endometrial Adenocarcinoma
| Several malignant glands can be identified.
One gland shows a small lumen (blue arrow) within a
larger one--a cribriform pattern.
Glands are packed very close together (back-to-back).
Nuclei are pale with prominent central nucleoli.
Cells do not line up with basal nuclei and central
cytoplasm with respect to the lumen of the glands.
