•Carcinoma is composed of small cysts lined by irregular
layer of epithelium.
•Malignant cells show variable nuclear size and shape
and prominent nucleoli.
•Pink proteinaceous debris in some cysts.
•Fibrous stroma in between.
•Most cells do not appear clear.
