| Opened colon displays a typical colonic adenocarcinoma with
raised rolled margins and central necrosis of the mucosa
The margins are very sharply demarcated
Adjoining normal mucosa is very delicate
An incidental probably benign adenoma (white arrow) is seen to
the right of the tumor
