Adenocarcinoma of Colon • This high power photomicrograph shows malignant cells arranged in glands around central lumens some of which contain cellular debris. • The nuclei are hyperchromatic with an irregular chromatin pattern and occasional large nucleolus. • The red arrow points to a mitotic figure. • The nuclei can be found at the lumenal border of the cells which reflects a loss of polarity.
