• Unknown.
• May represent complete maturation of neuroblastoma or ganglioneuroblastoma.

Pathogenesis
• Proliferation of Schwann cells and ganglion cells,
|
Epidemiology
• Rare.
• Asymptomatic
• Occasionally associated with hypertension or diarrhea with hypokalemia
|
General Gross Description
• Well circumscribed tan soft neoplasm.
|
General Microscopic Description
• Mixture of ganglion cells and Schwann cells.
|
Clinical Correlation
• Cured by surgical extirpation.
|
